Can I divert water from the drain?
No. The drainage district does not deliver water.

How much is the annual assessment?
Look at your county property tax bill.
The drainage district’s assessments are paid when you pay your tax bill.

Have the annual assessment been paid?
You must contact the county where the property is located to receive that information.

What Can Be In The Easement?
No fences, permanent structures, trees, bushes, gardens, pet enclosures, swing sets, pools, RV’s, etc. (anything that the property owner values) shall be within the granted easement.

These items can and will be removed without warning and may be at risk of damage by equipment working within the easement.
